Calling all Trivium Prep volunteers! The lunch program would love to have you! We are in need of one parent/guardian/grandparent to assist with distributing lunches and cleaning/putting away the tables after lunch. The time commitment is 10:20 am-12:20 pm on the day you volunteer (10:00-11:30 am on Wednesdays).
The Trivium Prep Hot Lunch Program is sponsored by the PSO and relies on volunteers to ensure the program runs smoothly. If your student participates in the hot lunch program, we ask that you serve once a quarter in the lunch room. All volunteers must have fingerprint clearance prior to serving. *Please note, on Half Days (Middle School 11:40 am/High School 12:00 pm dismissal), NO student lunch periods are held.
The Trivium Preparatory Parent Service Organization has partnered with My Hot Lunchbox to provide a secure, fast, and easy-to-use online ordering system that allows parents to view the lunch menu, order, prepay and manage student lunches on the web. This program is open to all students, faculty and staff at Trivium Prep.
There is an annual family registration fee of $20 that is automatically added to the cart of your first order. My Hot Lunchbox gives back 100% of this fee to the PSO. This generates funding for PSO programs, such as Middle School and High School socials, and our school library.
**Please Note: Families with students at Archway Trivium East (ATE), Archway Trivium West (ATW) and/or Trivium Prep (TVP) should create ONLY one account per family that is shared across any of these three schools. When entering your student’s grade, please make sure it is associated with the drop-down choice for the correct school.**
