Lunch Volunteers

Calling all Trivium Prep volunteers! The lunch program would love to have you! We are in need of one parent/guardian/grandparent to assist with distributing lunches and cleaning/putting away the tables after lunch. The time commitment is 10:45 am-12 pm on the day you volunteer (11:00-11:45 am on Wednesdays).

The Trivium Prep Hot Lunch Program is sponsored by the PSO and relies on volunteers to ensure the program runs smoothly.  If your student participates in the hot lunch program, we ask that you serve once a quarter in the lunch room.  All volunteers must have fingerprint clearance prior to serving.  Please sign up in the lunchroom here:

*Please note, on Half Days (11:40 am dismissal), NO student lunch periods are held.

Monday Lunch

chickfila-imageOn Mondays, our Class of 2018 is offering Chick-Fil-A lunch for $5 as a fundraiser for their Senior Trip to Washington, D.C.

The cost includes 1 sandwich + 1 drink. Please submit your order online through our online payment portal by the Thursday prior to Monday lunch.  You may pay for one or more meals in advance. NO REFUNDS. No orders will be accepted past the deadlines.

Tuesday – Friday Lunch

On Tuesdays – Fridays, the Trivium Preparatory Parent Service Organization has partnered with My Hot Lunchbox to provide a secure, fast, and easy-to-use online ordering system that allows parents to view the lunch menu, order, prepay and manage student lunches on the web. This program is open to all students, faculty and staff at Trivium Prep.

New this year is an annual family registration fee of $20 that is automatically added to the cart of your first order.  This fee goes directly to the TPPSO to help offset the cost of running the My Hot Lunchbox program, as well as generate funding for TPPSO programs, such as Middle School and High School socials, and our school library.

The My Hot Lunchbox program will be offered Tuesdays through Fridays.

Current Vendors include:

Tuesdays – Panera Bread
Wednesdays – Schlotsky’s Deli
Thursdays – Panda Express, Jamba Juice
Fridays – Streets of New York
