Teacher Appreciation Committee

The Teacher Appreciation Committee is committed to making sure our amazing teachers and staff knows how much we appreciate all their hard work and dedication.  We will be sponsoring teacher luncheons during project week, teacher birthday celebrations, and fun celebrations during teacher appreciation week.  Look for our Friday Flash updates on monthly teacher birthdays and how to help out on our other events or how to sign up and show your appreciation!

Social Life Committee

The Trivium Prep Social Life Committee plans grade-specific extracurricular events for the Trivium student body.  We provide an opportunity for our children to develop lasting personal relationships with their peers that transcend the classmate phase.  In a traditional neighborhood school, this committee isn’t a necessity, but Trivium families commute from all over the West Valley and beyond.  We hope to bridge the geographical gap to foster camaraderie that will last for our children’s entire school experience.  In addition, we provide a safe, fun, and healthy environment that reinforces the values of the Trivium education.  Our committee gives the parents an opportunity to get to know one another – strengthening the community connections our children make.  For all these reasons and more, Social Life Committee will have a lasting, positive impact on our children and their families.

We are excited to announce available parent volunteer opportunities for all grade levels.

Trivium Prep Lunch Program

The Trivium Prep Lunch Program is coordinated by the PSO.  Lunches can be ordered through our vendor, My Hot Lunchbox.  Parent volunteers are needed on a daily basis to help distribute the orders and assist with other lunch duties.  More information on being a lunch volunteer and My Hot Lunchbox offerings can be found on on our Lunch Program page.

Please view our Lunch Program page for volunteering opportunities during the scholars’ lunchtime.

Uniform Exchange Committee

The Archway Trivium West/Trivium Preparatory Uniform Exchange Program recycles outgrown uniforms within our school community to ensure that all students represent Trivium with pride. We accept boys and girls uniform polo shirts, blouses, cardigans, fleece jackets, sweatshirts, shorts, pants, skirts, jumpers, belts, and accessories that meet our school’s dress code guidelines. A bin is available for donations in the front office of the school.

If you would like to assist at any of our uniform exchanges (usually fall and spring exchange dates) or have any questions regarding this program, please contact us.
